After COVID moved us to work-from-home and hybrid, keeping our people genuinely connected each week became the hard part.
Nothing out there worked
We tried the options on the market. Outdated, clunky, and honestly… boring — survey tools with a game bolted on.
So we built our own
We ran the games, leaderboards and weekly rituals with our own team first. Participation took off — then we opened it to everyone else.
